Art Healing Ministry Launches Mobile Art Air Purifier (MAAP),
Wednesday, June 29th, 2011
Launch will also feature a new exhibit detailing the history of
the Art Healing Ministry
Following its successful opening, AHM clinic will now become a permanent installation
WHAT: After the fantastic response to the Art Healing Ministry’s recently launched clinic and products, Alex Melamid has been tapped to create ever more sophisticated tools for focusing the energy of art. On Wednesday, June 29th, the AHM will inaugurate its cutting-edge Mobile Art Air Purifier (MAAP). This innovative portable device is designed to cleanse the artistically, ideologically and theologically polluted air of New York City and the Tri-State Area, one residence at a time. The MAAP is a floor-based mobile apparatus which bears reproductions of artistic masterpieces. As the MAAP moves around a given space, it absorbs bad energy and emits good energy, purifying the force field of any enclosure.
The clinic will also present Melamid’s explorations of the Art Healing principles, utilizing a selection of Works on Paper and Photographs to explain the developments of the philosophies underlying the Ministry’s Art Healing techniques.
The Official Launch of MAAP is open to the public and will include demonstrations of the MAAP machine, along with explanations of the artwork that showcases the historic developments of the Healing practice, offered by the founder of the Art Healing Ministry, Alexander Melamid, and its curator, Gary Krimershmoys. In addition, there will be opportunities to experience such products as the Art Water-Charger, Art Insoles, The Box of Happiness, healthful Art-Infused Drinks and Art-Anointed Candle Votives, all available in the AHM’s unique Art Store.
WHEN: Wednesday, June 29, 2011, between 5:30 and 7:30pm, for the general public. Demonstrations at 6pm, 6:45pm, and 7:15pm.
WHERE: Art Healing Ministry, 98 Thompson Street (at Spring Street), in SoHo, New York.
